Description
Kozak Armsco ATE-225 light artillery gun:

    A 239mm mass produced multipurpose artillery piece for anti-tank, flak, and long-range support roles; cheap but relatively fragile, they are best deployed a few kilometers away from the front lines or within well fortified positions.

Infra-vehicle transmitters are your friend, although it can reliably track targets within about 2km you will definitely want a central command building or scout unit to spot targets from greater distances with accuracy.
