where and how do you find the default game.ini file?

edit health to 1000.0 stamina to 1000.0 and weapon damge to 1000.0 and u should be all good

i beat the whole game by editting the default game.ini for infinite health one hit kills and infinite stamina

I always beaten down by the 4th WAVE. I must do something wrong. If not it's the worst game i ever played! And anyway: What a stupid game!
