Always make sure to punch when you jump, so you can get more height and maybe get to a different platform. This is really helpful on the Ice map with the two platforms, so you don't have to shoot all that way.

Throwing is an essential to getting good. Make sure you know what items to throw and which to keep.
Throwing does more damage than the gun in most cases, and if you hit a headshot throw, it is an instant kill. Items like the regular pistol, uzi, and other small guns work well because they dont hit other parts of the map. However, items like the laser rifle and snake launcher don't work well for throwing, because they do more damage shooting than throwing.

Melee, with swords, spears, or hands are essential to get good at. Because if you're surrounded and only have a sword, you should know how to use it. When you have a melee weapon, you should always try to hit your enemy up, especially if your opponent has a gun, because shooting down is harder than forward. Spears are very easy to use, and most of the time you can hit your enemy away,
and then run.

Ammo is scarce in the world of stick fight. Dont waste it. If you have a Desert Eagle, don't randomly shoot and hope it hits something. Try to aim. With shotguns and ARs, again, dont randomly shoot and hope it hits. The worst ammo wasting thing I see is on laser maps with the laser rifle. It is such a great weapon, but people think it has more ammo than it does. Conserve your ammo with the laser rifle, and shoot little bursts, thats usually all it takes with that gun.

Shotguns are a great weapon in stick fight. But I always see people flinging themselves off the map with it. The army shotgun is decent, and if you can get up close and hit multiple shots with it, its a great weapon. The regular shotgun is a great weapon at close range. don't try to use it at long range, it's useless then. The kickback is great sometimes, but other times it's not great. When you're using this shotgun, make sure to jump above your enemy and then shoot, because this will do headshot damage, and make you fly, and not fall off the map.

Blocking is very important in Stick Fight. When you right click, you block, but you only deflect bullets when your "shield" is blinking. You can even block the laser rifle if you time it right, and knock your enemy back far. One of my finest moments was when me and my friends were playing, and I deflected a sniper rifle shot into one of my friend's heads and killed them and won.
