This mod modifies Zoey's voice so that it sounds as if she was wearing a mask that had a microphone in it.
I basically just ran all English voice lines through a filter and saved them again.
This mod will not add a filter to voice lines of your game's language.

This mod is great, I've always been a sucker for the radio filter over voices ever since I played Need for Speed Carbon on PS2. It is a really well done mod, and I was wondering if there are any plans to make this mod for the other characters, or if they're already out there?
