Functional buildings, that are also nice to look at.
They actually do look like they are "decaying" and not just half built. (eg: if a wall is missing on the building you might find it on the ground)

No "secret rooms", but plety of normal buildings with normal rooms. Lots of nooks and crannies to go looking at.

My only real complaint are some rough edges and dead-end caves on the underside.
