I'm not very confident that "q" is transliterated as "ᛉ", I only faintly recall it being used that way.

It's basically just the same runic alphabet used in the Ultima series, other than W and H are reversed, IIRC. All I know is I played Ultima a lot when I was young, and I could read most of the weird fourth wall breaking memory with the Roos without too much trouble.
