The F-15C Eagle is a tactical twin-engine fighter. It debuted in Air Combat and has since become a prominent aircraft in the series. F-15Cs were deployed by numerous countries during the Belkan War of 1995 including Belka, Ustio, Yuktobania and Osea. Notable pilots include the renowned Cipher and Solo Wing Pixy of the Galm Team.

Cipher

Cipher (サイファー Saifā) was a mercenary pilot employed by the Ustio Air Force's 6th Air Division during the Belkan War and flight leader of the 66th Air Force Unit "Galm" (Galm Team); he is the player character of Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. His signature aircraft is the F-15C Eagle.

Cipher is well known for having an extraordinarily high number of kills in Area B7R, which earned him the nickname "Demon Lord of the Round Table".
