This is a simple guide on how to mod the Mahjong tiles to include numbers in the top left corner of the numbered character tiles.

Download the Mod here:

Extract and place data folder where your Yakuza0.exe is located (typically Steam\steamapps\common\Yakuza0\media)

Overwrite the file when prompted

For a second there I thought it's a mod that allows you to cheat mahjong with full straight sets :D

The kanji always screw me over because while the first few are obvious in what they represent, based on the number of strokes, from 4 onward it's basically a crapshoot, so this mod is a godsend.

Just do what I did, make up names for the different numbers you can't remember, and you'll be sold. 1-5 I got pretty good. 6 is jumping man, 7 is chicken foot, 8 is a mountain, 9 is a dragon. Simple.

For those who cant find the \Yakuza0\media folder. Go to the Yakuza 0 game page on steam library, right click, go to properties, installed files, and click browse and it will be there.
