abilities, however, are the most potent thing in your loadout. the right combo of perks and abilities can allow near-infinite stalling of enemies. i've had runs that i was able to stall out well past the worlds top scores, until the game crashed.
is Orcs Must Die 2 . It's awesome. Having played OMD2 for
about 400 hours, I tried Sanctum II , and was disapointed. I think
they tried too hard to make it look like realist graphics and didn't
spend enough on playability.
So if you really like Super Santum TD, and want to try out
of a TD where you get to run around in a 3-D world along
with your towers, you could move up to Santum II, but
I really recommend OMD2 instrad! (If you like 2D tower
defense, check out Beware Planet Earth! )
and wanted to comment that the price/value on most Level 2
tower doesn't seem worth it.
So it's probably best to rarely ever have more than level 2
tower out. Space is limited, so you can't just go with all
level ones, but once you make a level 2, don't waste your
money on another one (except if a guy is gonna get away
or admittedly a whole much of expections), wait to make
the level two into a three (or max) and then add more ones
or bring another tower through 2 to 3. Hope this hopes.
Feel free to reply/comment.

this one. But I don't mind helping other and sometimes
do a limited amount of reading (or Youtube'ing) after
I've mostly figured a game out for myself.

One of the perks you can buy with points is something like " Tower base cost
reduced by 50%/100%".
I had a lot of trouble figuring out what that was; the tower prices doesn't change.
But then I realized (but haven't completely confirmed) they mean that raising the
"tower base" squares that you put towers on and use to make your maze are
reduced to $1 for 50% and free for 100%.
If that's not in the guide it probably should be. It might say "Tower base cost
is reduced by 50%", which makes perfect sense in hindsight but it also sounds
like the "base cost" of the towers, which it isn't. The base price for the
towers (example: $30 for gatlining gun, $60 for mortor) remain unchanged.
I was about to post this a question when the answer suddenly hit me. Hope
this helps. :-)
Ps. Formating help for posting here says that [h1] for header. Why is my
h1 at top broken?
Flash hits ground, air, and a wide arc of enemies for a 0.3 second stun. Lightning fire faster but only arc to a few, so a few of these are good to offset the slower fire rate of the flash turrets. The combo will keep the big enemies stuck because of the overlapping 0.3sec stun, while small enemies will die quickly.
I've never had any enemy or cloud of enemy get past a 3x6 flash + 1x6 lightning + 1x6 amplifier combo. Don't usually need to upgrade, and when I do I just upgrade the amplifier tiles. It's cheap and easy. Don't even need to maze the enemies.
