2016 CS:GO Footsteps

I like the old ones better because they're nible, but I suppose there's probably some people who'll want L4D2 to mirror CS in terms of audio, so here you go.

-Replaces all the footstep sounds shared between CS:GO and L4D2, those sounds that didn't get the 2016 re-do have been replaced with the corresponding 2013 CS:GO ones as this is how CS handles things as well. Also replaces jump landing sounds with the 2016/current ones.
