Great Delete-o Remover Tool Effect Replacement

Description
Use remove to perform a great feat and do a big delete

Replaces the default remover tool delete effect to instead have the entity shrink away out of existance with a satisfying "pop"

some models i remove with this, either with the remover tool or right-clicking, end up making an error

@Vector - This is an entirely client side effect, but it won't work on servers that prevent you from running custom code
