Introduction

LIBRARY is a creative walking simulator featuring 8 Steam achievements.

Morning Post

Throw a letter - left mouse button - at the mailbox:

MORNING POST actually deliver mail

Enter the house and open the first door to the left. Throw a letter at the mirror:

mirrors don't work like that hey dude

Leave the bathroom and proceed through the central door at the end of the floor. Get closer to the picnic area:

COMPLETE MORNING POST finish morning post

Escape the level with a jump over the white fence:

escape the level weeeeeeeee

Spot a green guy in a field of snakes and throw a letter at him:

find the guy that really liked snakes haha he loves snakes

Library

Go through the left door, proceed to the right and go through another door which is located to your left. Stay behind the ladybug:

You can jump through the ceiling by spamming left mouse button and space, if you keep looking down (special jump). Find a laptop and a snake:

Reach the brown platform below. You can use the special jump to fly and balance in the air.

Follow the trail:

Fall through the floor at the end of the path:

COMPLETE LIBRARY finish the game

A Long Way Down

Restart "Library" and go to the top of the level. Stay close to the edge and look down. Search for two small white cubes beneath the main area:

Jump on the lower one. You can use the special jump to balance and navigate in the air. This may take a few tries - you can restart the episode with "R".

Door Wizard

Restart "Library" and open all four doors as fast as you can. Important notes:

You don't have to stay close to a door to open it - look at the door and press RMB or Alt.
You can restart the episode with R key.

door wizard rumor has it there is a door wizard that lives in the library somewhere

I found the Long Way Down achievement to be the hardest because I didn't really know where to go to find the white cubes. As soon as you jump through the ceiling on the library, stand on the edge of that same ceiling and look down. You will see the two white cubes below you in the distance. Do you hover jumping, keeping them in view. You really just need to focus on the 2nd cube (lowest) and attempt to hover jump over it to land on it. Keep it in view at all times and you should be able to land on the cube or graze it. Either will unlock the achievement. Hope this helps some of you like me out there.

Commenting on an old thread here, but in attempting to do the Door Wizard achievement I didn't realize you could hold down on X on the controller to run. I must have done it 20 times before figuring this out. This may help a few peeps out there. Was able to get it in one try after that. Good luck!

What about secret.txt in game folder with 01111001 01101111 01110101 code?

It can be translated as "you" but what it does to the game?

Also just realised that this version of escaping morning post is much easier than standing by the trees near the start, looking up and spamming left click for about a minute, then jumping over them

Figured out today that as long as you're in sight line of a door and spamming right click it should open...
