Portal: After Hours Part 3 - Runt

This little guy will mostly likely be completely replaced with something more interesting upon full release. It acts as a bridge between Distance and Spike, and reviews the physics capabilities of the Portal Gun, but other than that, it's the least impressive of the bunch.

It was a nice little puzzle. Don't let the negative comments bother you. Everyone has trouble with some puzzles at some point. It would be nice if the jump didn't have to be so perfect--just to avoid making the puzzle dependent on eye-hand coordination.

There's no way that I can see to get to the cube. There's no way to get enough momentum to get there. Jumping doesn't help. How do I get there?!

This chamber misses one of the key elements of portal puzzles: Every chamber has it's own twist you see, but most chambers make an obvious path to at least halfway to the solution of the chamber, making the twist not very obvous. This chamber obviously missed the path, and became pretty obvious what was supposed to be done.

Not only that, you boiled this whole map down to only one chamber. If it was gonna be easy and short, you should have at least tried to put 2 puzzles here, while also shrinking your map pack size.

Very interesting idea. Wish there was more though. Also, in terms of story, kinda confusing. Why bother bring up that there's going to be the dual portal device if we don't get it?
