Portal: After Hours Part 11 - Access

For an unknown reason, this level has been known to be inaccessible to some (ironic, I know). If you're having trouble loading up this map, please download the file from this Dropbox link and place it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Portal 2\portal2\maps

Then, simply type "map e1p11" into the developer console.

Don't know what the developer console is? You can enable it in advanced settings, and access it by hitting the ~ key.

This one had me stumped! Ended going up with the box stacking technique, but should've known the second red portal would come into play

Not sure if I was supposed to do this, but I went up in that raised room and stacked cubes on the raised walkway until I got on the roof. I then used another cube to walk across the ventilation shaft and jump onto the walkway that goes to the water tube. I then jumped from the water tube into the portal surface and used it to fling myself onto the blue gel and fly across the gap.

Very badly designed chamber. I had no clue what to do.

Puzzle was nice, but there's one thing that would make this map much better: sound. Either a track playing in background (https://youtu.be/-mpOlmrKAtA probably?), short voice part ("Well, we are getting closer. If you'll manage to fling yourself onto another side, there will be a short walk to another elevator which should take you into new laboratories.") or both.

Rather desperate than proud ;-) Nevermind. For everyone struggling with this part, I recorded a solution video which most likely shows the intended way.
Including a launching mechanism eliminating the tight timing.

Sadly this chamber was poorly designed so the player has no idea what the purpose of all this is. This made me think in a weird direction, still took far too long; it was inconvenient and did not feel satisfying.

Not sure how to feel about this map. It was good, but I would have removed the gel, and focus on the elements that matter (ie. red fizzler)
