For the column 3, 2, 2, 3 (1st column in the 2nd bubble) you can fill in the 2nd from the bottom spot and 2nd from the top spot. Let me know if Im not explaining this well! Those two spots half to be filled no matter how the rest of the column falls if I'm looking at that column correctly.
