Halo 3 Flood Tank Playermodel

Description
I don't really regret making this, it's great.

The flood tank from halo 3 as a basic gmod playermodel
nothing special, it's a bit odd because it's a flood tank. But I'm sure people will use it anyways.
It has alot of clipping issues as expected, but it's still funny.
