Hard Earned Districts

Description
A small patch and expansion for Hard Earned Districts and the Color of Madness DLC. This mod edits the effects and cost of the districts added along with adding 4 new districts to build.

This mod does not require Hard Earned Districts but it is highly recommended that you install it because this mod was balanced around having that installed.

This mod also edits the files for the Croc boss, the Miller, the Sleeper, and the Thing to have the same blueprint loot drops as the other bosses that are edited in the original mod.
  1. The Miller: guaranteed at least 1 blueprint, 25% chance to drop 2 blueprints
  2. The Crocodilian: guaranteed at least 1 blueprint, 50% chance to drop 2 blueprints
  3. The Sleeper: guaranteed at least 1 blueprint, 50% chance to drop 2 blueprints
  4. The Thing: 50% chance to drop 1-2 blueprints, 50% chance to drop nothing

Notes
  1. Based on how districts and upgrades in general work, uninstalling this mod is very risky. Once you build a district, the buffs will remain in the game forever because there is no way to "un-build" things. Install this mod with caution if you don't plan on using it long term.

does... this mod remove The Mill district? I don't see it listen here or in the all-in-one.. i ask because it has one of the best Buffs in the game IMO...

oooooooooooooooooh! ok now i know what happened! for some reason you moved the vanilla CoM districts to be with the other ones, which completely threw me off. however, when i installed the virulent courtyard revamped mod it seemed to have disabled the regular districts. i will fiddle with the load order one sec.

okay new developments, i did as you suggested and installed the all in one version (the discounted version, sorry but the regular requires too many blueprints :( ) and apparently it worked! thank you for your help dude!

again, i think your districts are awesomely designed and really cool, hopefully you can make some mods in the future in games i have and i can check them out too ^^

thank you again for the help, have a good one!

Hello
Some questions for you:
1. Are all the CoM districts, including the new ones, not showing up?
2. Have you tried moving this mod to the absolute top?
3. Have you tried using the All-in-One or Discount version just to see if those appear?
4. If none of these worked, can you join compile all the mods that you are currently using?

maan i wish i could install this mod,i have the base Hard Earned Districts and absolutely love it, however when i add this mod it hides the CoM districs. it's problably some incompatibility somewhere.

i tried moving the bigger mods up and down (the other being the Exaelus's Arduous mod) but the worse is i don't even know if that's the problematic mod or not.

i even tried to merge both mods manually, but i have 0 experiance with modding so i wasn't able to make it far before realising it was too much.

honestly i think it would be compatible if the changes to the bosses weren't there, but i have no idea how to get rid of it without breakign the whole thing.

anways, i really love the base HED, and if you know any way i can make this mod work without breaking everything i would love to give it a shot.

No problem, good luck in your adventures.

1. Thanks, wasn't sure if it was supposed to show like the self buffs that say (1 battle)
2. I've deff noticed more loot with the +50% Loot chance, so like you said in 1, its prob just hidden
3. The reason I asked here is because I noticed this right after buying it and doing the second CoM quest to kill the miller, wasn't sure it maybe it was CoM Patch question or a main HED mod question, but all in all thanks for the timely respose!
Walloping Websnappers  [author] 25 Oct, 2018 @ 1:29pm
1. No, it's a passive buff so it's not supposed to show like a normal buff. You can see this happen even with vanilla districts that just add raw stats by looking at the character stats in the hamlet (i.e. Man-at-Arms and the Training Ring)
2. I actually don't know because I never bothered to check that. I know it works in dungeons though. I tested it by making scouting very high.
3. This is the Color of Madness Patch.
