place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

dupe description:

hell centipede.exe is to NEVER be opened under any circumstances due to the mass death and genocide it caused in 2001 when a floppy disk containing it was accidentally inserted into a PC and an unknown person opened the executable causing a mass genocide that lasted a total of 4 years, 11 months and 17 days before the entity was finally halted.
