[simfphys] Fallout 4 Bus

Title pretty much says it all. This is the bus model ported from fallout 4, made functional with Simfphys.

Bus: The original, pre-war civilian bus. Has 8 seats in the back for passangers.
Nuka World Bus: The bus from the Nuka-World DLC.
Post-War Bus: Wrecked (but driveable) version. This is the one that appears in the game.

Because of technical limitations, the second set of front wheels is only decorative. Simfphys doesn't have a function for middle wheels which turn with the front wheels, and simple wheels would decrease controllability significantly, so I decided to make them static.

Also, for obvious reasons, while in Fallout 4 the bus is nuclear powered, in this addon it's a diesel.

Now of course, it's a bus, so that means it's sort of sluggish when you set it in motion, but once it gets going it can be pretty nimble.

So yeah, that's pretty much it.

And no, I don't take requests. And no, I won't port more vehicles.
