An Apple a Day.

Pick 150 apples.
This is a potentially missable achievement, at the end of my first playthrough of TREE the achievement stats showed that I had only collected 103 apples and from a quick look at the reviews/discussion board it likely isn't possible to obtain this achievement in just one playthrough.

During my second playthrough the achievement popped on the second round of harvesting apples from the tree, note that the achievement pops as soon as you collect 150 apples, you do not have to finish your second playthrough, unless you wish to do so.

Be aware that Steam overlay achievement totals for apple collection whilst in game are not accurate.

Please note as of Winter 2018, it appears that the apple drop rate has been changed, when I made this guide I obtained all 150 apples in one full and one partial playthrough. At the time of writing this update, it appears that it now takes at least 3 playthroughs and some reporting that they are obtaining as few as 21 apples per playthrough.
