my mouse settings seem off point and not configured how do i fix this?

i got a diffenrent problem nothing wrong with screen resolution but it keeps green screening. i have a nivdia gtx 960 so i know thats not the problem the game ran fine before but with this new update it started doing this green screen flicker

@Puncher, you should run the game with launch parameters from here

I had set biggeresolution (4K) than "Nvidia NOW" streaming service can have supported(Full HD).
So I've set my launch parameter for SCUM game

-WINDOWED

And after it I've able to change in-game settings
Don't forget to remove this parameter after you don't need it.
