Thank you a lot for this wonderful guide. There were only two small issues. Both 38 and 48 solutions did not work for me.
For 48: I had to move the top-right shooter one tile back.
For 38: I used Crank's solution instead, yours did not work for me.

Had some problems with level 40. After a few restarts without changing the weapons I got through.
