Space Pilgrim Episode II: Epsilon Indi contains a total of 7 Steam achievements, 4 of which are missable, the remaining 3 being story related with one being earned at the end of each of the three "acts". Time to 100% is approximately 90 to 120 mins, although this can be done much faster if using a guide and skipping dialogue.

The only other significant point of note is that for me at least, there were no in-game Steam overlay achievement popups. The achievements are earned when their respective requirements are met, they don't all pop when you exit the game like some, there is just no in game notification.

Achievement Guide.

The following achievements are listed in the order that I earned them.

Space Opera.

Watch an episode of "Galactic Hospital."
WARNING THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE.
To earn this achievement you must interact with the TV in the kitchen (the kitchen is the room that you first meet the Doctor in and the TV is in the bottom right corner of the room). This can be done at any time during Act 1, but should be done ASAP to avoid missing it, see walkthrough video for Act 1, Part 1 @ the 4:24 mark for further help.

Checkpoint.

Complete Act 1 of Episode Two.
This achievement is story related and will pop at the end of Act 1.

The Dark Side.

Attempt to torture a prisoner.
WARNING THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE.
During Act 2, when you return to the Jackal ship for the second time (under the guise of needing to go to the toilet) your mission is to free the Doctor from a holding cell. Before you are able to free the good Doctor, you first have to deal with the other prisoner, as he doesn't seem such a nice fellow and you can't release one without the other.

Before you incapacitate the other prisoner to earn this achievement, you must first "try" to torture him, this is done by selecting "use item on prisoner" and selecting "metal clamps". See walkthorugh video for Act 2, Part 2 @ the 7:11 mark for further help.

Complete Act 2 of Episode Two.
This achievement is story related and will pop at the end of Act 2.

Top Marks.

Evade all three droids in the evaluation.
WARNING THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE.
During Act 3 when Emet is undergoing his "evaluation" the final part of his evaluation is to evade a single droid and then two droids at once. Emet will then ask the Doctor "what about the third droid", the Doctor replies that it "would be impossible", reply with "I would like to try". To earn this achievement you must evade all three at once, but fear not as you can have as many attempts as you wish.

Some tips for this achievement are as follows...
1. Hold the shift key down on your keyboard to run.
2. For each subsequent attempt after your first to evade all three droids you will start one floor tile further away from the droids than in your first attempt, not sure why, but basically the first attempt will always be the hardest attempt.
3. To evade the droids head to your right, north above the chest and around the chest in a clockwise direction, pausing as required to let the droids clear out of your path to plasma rifle, you don't want to get too far ahead of them before you get past them.

As noted you can retry for this achievement as many times as you wish, 2 or 3 attempts should suffice, see walkthrough video for Act 3, Part 1 @ the 8:52 mark for further help.

Booby Trap.

Stick your nose where it doesn't belong..
WARNING THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE.
During the second half of Act 3 you will find yourself gathering items, in an attempt to repel an invasion by the Jackals. While gathering these items, when in the Barracks (the room with lockers, beds and some kitchen appliances) interact with the right most locker of the set of four in the middle of the room marked "Barret, L.". Simply select "Enter combination" and this achievement is yours, see walkthrough video for Act 3, Part 2 @ the 5:52 mark for further help.

Fugitive.

Complete Act 3 of Episode Two.
This achievement is story related, I have to admit that I am unsure whether it pops at the end of Act 3 or the Epilogue due to the fact there were no in-game achievement notifications.
