4-5 Legendaries per 'area' with a High Luck Character on Normal Difficulty! UNCUT

Just sharing this so that others can see what happened - some people didn't even believe me when I said I see this many on a character with high Luck on NORMAL, heh – heck I even had to check myself when I was playing it! I suggested people play a High Luck Character [no pun intended]. Many did, and some tried it for themselves too – and most got the same results I did! Woot

**Note: DO NOT use the console and just give yourself "1000 Luck" it WILL NOT work that way. People have tried and it didn't work for them. Others have tried it my way (the 'natural Luck' way) and it worked for them, just as it did for me**

((This video is completely uncut [hell I even left in the ‘playing dressup with Piper’ (trying on some different clothes) and all the Screenshot taking left in, where I hide the UI/HUD with the ‘tm’ command] other than logos added on top, because I knew if I cut/chopped it at all, some people might say “oh he added those Legendaries in, clips from other Legendaries all together”… HAH now this way noone can say that – the only cut I made is AFTER the area was cleared, where I jump to turning in the Quest to Preston, The Gravy. So, in the light of the truth of what happened you just have to sit through my taking Screenshots and dressing up my Companion LOL))

There must be something in the game that either 'checks' or 'validates' the Luck (that it is naturally occurring through Perk Points/Levelling, or not); as those who just ‘give themselves 100 Luck’ don't get these results...
It is also possible that the game has an inverted-parabolic-arc of probability applied to the Luck stat; that is, its' effects/results “are in the shape of a Rainbow”... It increases as you get closer to 10, but then the effect decreases the farther you get past 10 - which would explain why people who 'give themselves 1000 Luck via a Console Command' don't get the benefit of really frequent Legendaries (as seen here!).

So, while waiting for Fallout 76 - give a High Luck Character a try! 
All you’ll have is more Legendaries comin' at ya! Heh
