Adds Ur-Nammu of the Ur III Dynasty as an alternate leader for Sumer!

LUA: Sumerian Renaissance
Holy Sites and their Buildings benefit from Policy Cards which increase Wonder Production. Constructing a Holy Site, a Holy Site Building, or a Wonder allows for Policy or Government changes during that turn and unlocks a Policy Card from an unknown Civic.

Likes Civilizations that have a high Faith output. Dislikes Civilizations who have more Wonders than him.

Wait no I'm dumb, it'd have to be that Del isn't handling Config with queries. I'm not using Triggers in my config because Reasons idr why but I thought about it for a bit at some point so /shrug

It should be perfectly compatible; the Config screen might not be showing it if Del hasn't done triggers or smth, but it should be perfectly fine in-game.

I've finally had the time to sit down and devote a few hours to playing as Ur-Nammu with my spouse (we play cooperatively), and this is *so much fun*. I'm having an absolute blast. Thank you so much for this!
