Introduction
When you summon a wolf, you will be able to control like one of your squad member.

The wolf will stay with you until it is killed, or until you summon another wolf.

You should always bring one wolf in your deck when you play the Campaign and in the Challenges (Halls of Sorrow).

Wolf are an amazing decoy in PVE (vs AI) since they almost always chase and target them first.
In the Campaign sending a wolf ahead, you will avoid nasty surprise, and the wolf can bring the enemies to your defensive formation, instead of being in the ambush of the enemy.

Wolf could also be very useful in PVP especially for a Scout player.

If you play has a Scout Hero you should have three wolves in your deck to take advantage of their ability (Wolf Heart) to summon Wolf at no cost.

E wolf currently go up to level 5 and L wolf to level 6.

But since in the mobile version E wolf go to level 7 and L wolf to level 8 you should keep all your wolf so if they increase their max level in the PC version you will be ready.

Wolf Companion

The Wolf Companion will normally be the first wolf you will get. Try to keep 3 copy at all times, since when you will play has Scout you can have up to three wolfs of the same kind.

Try to get 3 X Level 4 first, since it is at that level they get there special HOWL. Their howl will increase the efforts of all enemies nearby.

While you can only have three wolves in a deck, you should keep all wolves since there is a good chance that they will have a Level 6 or 7 in the near future, like in the Mobile version.
Young ThunderWolf / White ThunderWolf

The White ThunderWolf. It is very similar to the Wolf companion, but he does more damage and has a better % hit chance.

Try to keep 3 copy at all times, since when you will play has Scout you can have up to three wolfs of the same kind.

Try to get 3 X Level 4 first, since it is at that level they get there special HOWL. Their howl will increase the efforts of all enemies nearby.

While you can only have three wolves in a deck, you should keep all wolves since there is a good chance that they will have a Level 7 or 8 in the near future, like in the Mobile version.
White ThunderWolf Removed PC version
Since 2018

I have been ask so many times how to obtain the White TunderWolf Card, I made a guide about it.

The guide has been made with the help of the dev providing me a wolf card (black-maned wolf) I was missing in the Pc version.

The guide was provided to the devs, and they even made a Facebook post in December 3 2020 promoting the guide.

Forward to February 3, 2021 in a discord post

"We investigated this issue and found out that these cards were received by players during the early access by mistake several years ago.
The bug was fixed in 2018, and we decided not to take these cards away from those who have them. Now most of these players are no longer playing, unfortunately.

We are sorry for all the inconvenieces caused but we have no plans to add the White Thunderwolf card to the game yet."

The Early access part is not true, I got (like many of my steam friends) the White Thunderwolf card via normal forging after the early acess. I was never part of the Early access, I got the game after it ended like 95% of my friends who play the Pc game and also got the wolf the same way.
Black-Maned Wolf

The Black-Maned Wolf was a special reward for those who played the Early Access. It was also possible to get this wolf via a Humble Bundle code or via a design card contest reward.

Do not worry if you do not have him he is the weakest of the three wolves currently in the game.

He does less damage and have very low % hit chance when compared to the 2 other wolfs. His special howl only give +1 action to nearby allies which is very weak when compared to + efforts.

He is the only wolf to have 2 passive equip, he always have both equipped and they can not be removed via cards like Devastate.

If you happen to have a high-level version and you play Terminator or Power Armor you could take one in your deck when you want a decoy in Campaign or Challenges.

He will do a bit better than the other 2 wolfs in this situation since he starts with one armor, has a chance to reduce his efforts when hit and can heal himself.

Try to keep 3 copy at all times, since when you will play has Scout you can have up to three wolfs of the same kind.

Try to get 3 X Level 4 first, since it is at that level they get there special HOWL. Their howl will give +1 action for all nearby allies.

While you can only have three wolves in a deck, you should keep all wolves since there is a good chance that they will have a Level 7 or 8 in the near future, like in the Mobile version.
How to get ALL L cards including L wolves
Forge a few 100 k part at simple this will give you the Most L cards, including white wolf.

I would say you get 50% chance to get one white wolf every 100k.

That not really a bad thing you will build your card collection along the way.

You can have up to two E wolf, and one of each L wolf. For up to 5 wolves in a deck.

How to get Wolves cards (IOS / Android)
You can get the E wolf via forging, and when you unlock the scout hero armor.

The L wolves cards can only be forged if you already have one.

You can get them via special paid offer or via Fall of Kanak reward.

In the past, it was possible to get the L Young ThunderWolf / White ThunderWolf for free but not anymore.

If you like the guide a thumbs-up would be cool.

Thank you for the award!

Thanks, its a shame the Dev's have treated you like this. I for one would like to thank you for the effort you have put in to mitigating the impact of lacking Dev support on PC and your efforts to help new players.

I know with the way the Dev's have handled this situation thus far, an update to the guide is likely the last thing you feel like doing to support the game.

However for the benefit of any players who do find themselves looking in future, would it be worth mentioning the alterations made be the Dev to make certain cards impossible to attain?

Do a copy and paste of your last post, and link my wolf guide, ask them to check your account and to give you one level 1 L wolf to unlock it if they find nothing wrong in your profile.

I have completed Fall of Kanak and Wrath of the Damned numerous times and spent close to 1 million at basic in pursuit of the Thunder Wolves.

Presently at the point where i am over half way to 3 fully upgraded Wolf companions and still not a single card for the other type in sight.

Either i'm the unluckiest person with the forge; OR something else like unlocking the card when the event was running is required to start this card dropping. At this point I think its safe to say that it does not drop on PC anymore unless you acquired it previously, leaving new players at a disadvantage.

I will update if I find evidence to the contrary.
Base Invader 29 Nov, 2020 @ 7:02pm
Thanks most the way to 1000 kills now so will keep at it until I make it there. I was just curious if it still worked as 100 has always dropped the same thing every time and its not the Wolf. Hopefully I have some better luck with the forge from now on and I take note of the guidance regarding HoS on board.

It would certainly help the guide to detail the necessity to complete the Fall of Kanak via winning with 100 kills if this is the trigger as there is no clue in game that anything has changed.
LordLancelot  [author] 29 Nov, 2020 @ 5:03pm
You only play fall of kanak to 100 kills once. To unlock the card to become available at the forge.
Than you never play fall of kanak again.

You play the 10 waves challenges daily or more. It give much better reward. Can be done 20X faster.
