Standalone version and submod of "Progress" overhaul. This edited table greatly improves and rebalances many important technologies. It has been created with Very Hard Campaign Overhaul philosophy where I am trying to find balance in "effort vs reward" department. Technologies that take longer to research or cost you money to get access to now are more rewarding and because "Progress" overhaul makes things slower and more expensive changes to this table provide you with sort of a mini gameplay where player has to decide about direction his faction is going to. It's really hard to research all techs so this bring more variety into campaign map where some factions are more specialised. Stats are not too op so it can be used seperately with any other mods or overhauls. PLease enjoy and let me know what you think.

Does it need updating Nasos? Or are you just saying that because it says out of date on the launcher?
