I have found a yellow water issue on gmod with the l4d2 maps and also I have found wireframes on the skyboxes as well as white wireframes on the l4d2 dead common piles any solutions to these bugs?

its the stuff you see in the swamp fever i haven't found a mod for garry's mod that adds in l4d2 dead zombie pile where can i get that ???
