(A) Did you enable this MOD in the content manager?
ENABLE IT!
'Subscribe' is not enough.
If you can't find the Mod in the content manager, it's another kind of problem.
Please restart Steam and Cities:Skylines and wait for MOD to be successfully downloaded.
You must enable only one of the achievements unlocker mods! These mods all have the same purpose, so if you enable more than one at the same time they will compete.

(B) Have you enabled the "Enable achievements" option?
(Some MODs have that option. Example: Steamy, Extended Game Options, etc.)
Did you enable all of them?

(C) Did you judge by just the trophy icon?
DO NOT judge by trophy icon!
"The little trophy icons that shows you are achievedments are enabled when you load the save will still be crossed out ..."

(D) Did you use "BAILOUT OPTION"?

If you get bankruptcy alert and "Accept" bailout option, Then it disables further achievements!
The value of 'm_disableAchievements' immediately becomes "True", Even using any Mod of Achievements.
Please Immediately use Mods such as Steamy, Toggle from Off to On Enable Achievements option.
Or, Save the game and load it, To Enable Achievements again.

(E) Another MOD is destroying the achievement system.

(F) You may be misunderstanding the requirements for Achievement.
In reality you have not achieved requirements.
Please try a simpler Achievement for testing.

(G) Notice of unlocked achievement is delayed due to bad connection of steam...?
Or, You are turning off notifications at the Steam overlay settings or by another MOD.

It's a last resort, please try the following section "Modtools".

The achievement system of this game is simple.
There is a data "m_disableAchievements" inside the game.
It has a boolean value of "True" or "False" only.

• If it is "False" you can unlock achievements.
  
• If it is "True" you can't unlock achievements.

If you use the ModTools, You can check whether above Mods are working fine,
And you can change "m_disableAchievements" value, directly. (You don't have to use other MOD!)


- Subscribe ModTools at Workshop
- Enable ModTools at Content Manager
- Start a new game or load save data


(1) Open ModTools Scene Explorer.（Ctrl+E key）
(2) Find "SimulationManager" from left list, and click the [+] button.
(3) Click the [>] button on the next line "SimulationManager".
(4) Find "SimulationMetaData m_metaData" from right list, and click the [+]button.
(5) Find "SimulationMeaData+MetaBool m_disableAchievements" below.

- Check or Change whether the "m_disableAchievements" value is "true" or "false".
(When this value is 'False', you can unlock achievements.)
- Close Modtools Scene Explorer.（Ctrl+E）
