Everything worked fine on my both accounts (reinstalled and checked dozens of times). Try to reinstall blood mode or the entire collection

I downloaded the collection made, but the blood (what I believe is the blood) is bulletholes in the walls... Any clue what might cause this? I am only using mods from the collection made aswell
