I dont find that thats the problem for me, its more they invite the person with the oppiste ethics and i have to use almost all my envoys to keep it afloat.

It's equal parts funny and sad ^^. Made worse by Honorbound Warriors being utterly overrepresented in every game I start, with about 40-50% of all empires spawning as HBW. What good is a spiffy federations system when your federation stops at three members because the two AIs refuse to accept anyone else? What a waste of potential.
