soviet is a country who focus on infantry battle, so most of it's power is focus on conscript unit, need a little bit of resource, the negative it's weaker of anti tank power and weakest tank thought whole five fiction , leave most of time limit of counter armor power.

There have two route for soviet deck, the frist is enhance your tank force power, this route like unlock the IS-2 in later stage, for call in KV-1 T-34/85 tank in mid stage, depend on your need, for anti gun enhancement..... let's face the ture , they ineffective and weak only for camp defence.
For troops selection, other like conscipt repair kit would provide additional repair power for your army tank, as for the assault upgarde it's would made your conscipt more maneuver power on battlefiled.

for the anti tank option, you have anti gun enhancement..... kind of useless, Partisan tank hunter troop is one of the most power and useful card in soviet card, with variety of attack and anti bazooka in hand your troop would have more of ground anti power, perfect cover up the weakness of your faction.
personal don't recommand this route for soviet, since they weak spot is quite obvious, if you don't patch it up with tank or troop, then few air strike or bomber won't change much.

For soviet most common way is to spawn two conscipt and use the engineer to build the support weapon camp which allow you to machine gun(MG) and mortar unit.
spawn the MG and keeping the conscipt unit, after 5 mins we come to the mid stage.

there two way for mid stage you could spawn some field gun in hand to prevent enemy tank or vehicle push in, or you could spammed out even crazy amout of conscipt and anti vehicle unit such as the partisan tank hunter which very useful on mid stage to counter enemy tank.

after near 7 mins around you could spawn out two T-70 light tank, which provide the frist tank units for you in hand, with it's devastated pow... I mean medium fire power you won't have to much trouble unit 10 mins around which enemy force bring in the big tank, which the T-34/76 medium tank is the best shot in your hand, where SU-85 truck armor to weak quite expensive but power anti armor shot,BM-15 is trash which get one shot kill on later stage, so spawned the T-34/76 or SU-85 is the key for soviet later stage suvive.
