Warden: Warden was genetically engineered to have a shoulder capable of causing severe cancer and osteoporosis in any victim touched by it. As a result he uses his sword as an offhand weapon wherein his 8 ton shoulder of steel is his real weapon. Play him if you like to use 2 or 3 moves and win.

Lawbringer: Lawbringer is a daddy. More importantly he is my daddy. More importantly you should play him. Either way, hes pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bad and if you play him you most likely spam his top light and bash, as thats all hes good at (if not you're a turtle). If you like playing bad characters who have 2 good moves, this is your pick.
Peacekeeper: Listen, not everyone is good at this game. I know, its a hard game. Sometimes you just want to spam that r1 button and get some wins. It's okay, no one will blame you if you enjoy playing this faceroll character.
Conqueror: Similar to warden this Latin stud loves to bash people with everything but his weapon. If you are allergic to losing and enjoy waiting for your opponent to attack whilst not attacking (scientists call this turtling) have some fun with conqueror.
Centurion: Are you sick of heavy attacks that just take way too long. Do you want to sit down with your opponent and give them a nice little cutscene where they can watch your skillful plays without the freedom of "control". Are you a deliquent who likes to kick and punch people because their dad never loved them. Well my friend, Cent is the boy for you. In all seriousness this character is meh in duels and cancer in 4v4s. If you're in a duel spam heavies at random and hope they hit (also spam kick). In a 4v4 just use your unblockable and spam guardbreak to get a saucy wall cutscene.

Gladiator: What do you know another knight with a bash move, this time though its not complete cancer. That's okay though because everything else about him is. If you have a fetish with the impalement of toes look no further. Gladdy boy supports 300 ms lights and has a very diverse moveset composed of toe jabbing and zoning. Seriously though his zone move might actually be the best move in the game.

A.K.A Unwashed barbarians A.K.A Ledgelords A.K.A The faction that actually wins

Raider: Right so keeping track of more than one move is too confusing sometimes. Sometimes you just want to spam one move and give it some minor variations. Say no more my man because raider is in town and he brings his zone to the business. Basically just soft-feint your zone into a top light and then zone again letting it fly this time and bam you got yourself the entirety of raider's moveset. Oh yeah and if you don't feel like fighting just throw them off a cliff.

Valkyrie: This character used to be kinda bad and not too cancerous but oh boy Ubisoft changed that real quick. If you enjoy light attacking and then light attacking again and then tripping your opponents then you got yourself a class. BUT sometimes they block; then what do you do? Well you simply start spamming lights and trying again. BUT what if they dodge your trip? Then just cut out the middle man and just use lights. BUT what if they block again. Then call upon the almighty conqueror to grant you a bash move AND THEN light. As you can see light attacks are essential to victory in this game.

Berserker: So a pattern you might notice with vikings is that they used to be balanced but then Ubi is like "Instead of making characters not cancer, lets just make them all cancer". Well it turns out they made this one especially cancer. So literally, I'm not joking, LITERALLY ALL YOU HAVE TO DO... is feint a heavy into a light. BAM. You win. Game Over. Berserker although seemingly bare actually has this special armor granted by the Gods of the Aesir called "hyper armor" . This armor, specially forged by the dwarves in Niffleheim gives berserker the ability to be completely unphased by attacks allowing him to spam like a reckless abandon until the job is done. Truly a norse hero.

Warlord: He's boring and nobody plays him.

Shaman: This filthy thot has the balanced ability to run half-way across the map to bite you in the face for about half your health bar AND HEAL FROM IT. Feint zone into poison light then bite. Thats the recipe for one of the most fun characters in the game. The poison is blockable but honestly the range on her bash is a little much.

Highlander: Highlander is an actually interesting class, too bad people just kickgrab with him. Yeah just do that and you win. Also this character has the ability to three shot people, so that's a thing.

A.K.A Insert original body pillow joke here, A.K.A light spammers, A.K.A The faction everyone choses

Kensei: I don't even know about this character. He used to be trash but ubi gave him the cancerous touch and now hes top tier if you play him right. Basically just soft feint a top heavy into a side light. Thats about it. Oh yeah and he has a bash.

Orochi: This character used to be my main and looking back on it I feel disgusting. Spam lights from every direction and hope one hits, if it does you get yourself another free light. He also has a deflect with two counter attacks but the second one is useless so its like the illusion of choice.


Nobushi: light, light. kick, bleed. Learn this and you learn the character. In all seriousness, shes not too bad but a bit lacking.

Shugoki: This is the character you should play. Forget all these cancerous pseudo classes shugoki is the full package. Excellent range and damage, fast lights, shaman's bite ability but not cancer. What's not to love?!

Shinobi: Two things: light, light and kick, heavy.

Aramusha: see orochi but with feinting ocassionally.

Just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ play whatever you want because ppl are gonna complain its cancer anyway.
