Marksman and Tourist Achivement Guide [2018-2023]

First of all, let's answer this: What is the problem of unlocking these achievements ???

Well, Shorttrain was used to be a Demolition & Armsrace map.
On the November 13, 2017 update, the map was removed from the game files, making it inaccessible via console
but
the achivements "Marksman" and "Tourist" are still there and for completing these two, you must win an entire match on every single Demolition or Armsrace map.

This guide worked for many people (And Myself Actually :P)

Click on this link and subscribe the map

Go to this location

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps\workshop

(If you changed the game place, you should look for it wherever you installed the game)

There should be a folder called "416884493" in which you'll find de_shorttrain.bsp.

(Note 1: The following folder should contain 3 files, other 2 are pictures of the map that should look like this)

(Note 2: If you didn't find any folder with this name, First make sure you downloaded the map properly. Then run CS:GO, and exit. You would be able to find the following folder after that)

Step 3 [✯3]

You should move this map

Simply copy de_shorttrain.bsp file and the mentioned pictures and paste them in the maps folder

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps

Step 4 [✯4]

Playing the map

Type "exec gamemode_demolition; map de_shorttrain" to the console without quotes.

If you had a problem with doing that, try this way :
Open CS:GO, select "Offline with bots", and start a Demolition match.

Now you have to change the map to the shorttrain.

Type this command into console without quotes : "map de_shorttrain"

Step 5 [✯5]

Win a Match

Finish the map.

BE SURE TO HAVE A COMPLETE WIN IN EVERY OTHER DEMOLITION OR ARMSRACE MAP IF YOU WANT TO COMPLETE THESE ACHIVEMENTS.

so you are clearly missing a map here.

Arms race maps are:
Lake - Safehouse - St. Marc - Baggage - Shoots - Lunacy - Monastery

Demolition maps are:
Lake - Safehouse - St. Marc - Sugarcane - Bank - Shortdust

make sure you win every single one of them in each category.

(P.S. Lake, Safehouse & St. Marc should be done in both Arms race & Demolition)
