How to set a custom resolution

To set a custom resolution go to \SteamApps\common\Magic 2013 and open config.cfg (Notepad will work just fine). Change the first three statements to your desired resolution, example:

[width]1360[height]768[refresh]60

Save the file, set it to 'read only' and it's done.
