I forgot where I picked up the challenge, I believe it was to the northwest of this area in a hidden wall, if you have trouble finding it just use a find secret/trap potion. Just practice releasing a little early on a few of these rope grabs so you don't hit the edges of the chasm.

I completed that challange while killing the elves. I have no clue how it worked, but while I was playing the demon, I was somehow being hit in the human form and floating in the air, indefinitively, until I swapped again. I think it cannot load another map transition when you are another character.
