Adds the Iraqi Civilization, led by Saddam Hussein.
Leader - Saddam Hussein.
Trait - Saddam's Expansionism - Gives a small amount of culture from kills and 25% Combat Strength vs. City-States.
UU - T-55 Enigma - Modern Armor replacement that starts with Cover 1 and Cover 2.
UB - Statue of Saddam - Replaces Monument. Gives 2 culture plus some experience.
Saddam art, map and Enigma art were made by Kelnahas. Statue of Saddam art made by Davey_Henninger.
