Damage Mod (2018)

Descripción
This mod makes momentum and speed differences play a bigger factor, basically to encourage harder hitting rather than full-on realism. Also instead of fire, cars now emmit steam and engine smoke when damaged or wrecked


Changes for Normal Damage:
- Hitter recieves less damage altogether, smaller hits can sometimes not cause damage at all.
- At really low health, car cannot be wrecked from a tap anymore or is dishing out some damage.
- Mechanical damage scales have been tweaked so that all parts damage at different rates.
- Engine no longer splutters when badly damaged.
- Wall impacts are more severe.

Changes for Realistic: (please refer to comment section for full list of changes)
- Hitter recieves a lot less damage when carrying a lot of the momentum in a hit.
- Victim's damage is multiplied.
- Enviromental impacts are more severe.
- Engine and Gearbox deteriorate easier than normal.
- At really low health, car cannot be wrecked from a tap anymore.

Changes for Realistic:
- Hitter recieves a lot less damage when carrying a lot of the momentum in a hit.
- Victim's damage is multiplied.
- Enviromental impacts are more severe.
- Engine and Gearbox deteriorate easier than normal.
- At really low health, car cannot be wrecked from a tap anymore.
- Wheel release scales have been tweaked and now vary on all vehicles.
- Parts wear at different rates (ie front left brake will wear more than the right when damaged.)

@lastbreath might have to make that a seperate mod, as I don't know how to create a third damage mode.

Can you make this mode without multiplied victim's damage in realistic mode? thanks
