The Marshall Ney is a Monitor class warship, this class of warship is usually large gunboat to cruiser size and generally carries one large dreadnaught or battleship cannon although there are many variations on ths. Monitors are not designed for high seas and are best suited for coastal defence or supporting inland ground troops by navigating deep rivers and bringing the love from above. This FTD version has cruiser level armour, a dreadnaought cannon. Unlike a real monitor this one has a large calibre AA/AM gun at the rear and a 2 laser point defence systems and frag shields. And a very advanced steam/fuel battery capacitor system (located in the command deck in front and below the main gun if you are curious)
Top speed is around 10MS (its not a speedboat), but maneuverability is quite high with a single rudder running at 85%, combined with 2 large thrusters and an ion rudder.
