nah, only if there's a texture in tf2 that doesn't come with the model in gmod, until u mount tf2 with it, example :

some of tf2 props using lightwrap, and tf2 does have that texture, but the model doesn't have the texture in the file, so u mount tf2, and then that lightwrap will work.

They can be used for TF2 stuff and posing.
