Florida's Emerald Coast - Tropical Map

My second map ever. And I actually put some effort into it!

This is the (almost dead-on accurate) Emerald Coast of Florida, located at the Florida Panhandle (North Western Florida).

I made this map to also memorialize the disaster of Hurricane Michael in October of 2018

Map Pros and Cons

Pros:
Plenty of wild resources. Oil, Ore, Fertile Land, Trees
Highly accurate for a compact map. based on a real location.

Cons:
Very compact. building large cities in the first square may require you to buy a new plot almost immediately when you get the money.
Road Design is made to be accurate to the real roads, but they take up a lot of space.
Water can be a problem in the narrow areas.
