The third phase of the Zhoushan Islands

Welcome to Zhoushan archipelago, this is the third issue map. The main islands have been completed in the three phases. The third issue is mainly islands in the southern part of the Zhoushan archipelago. There is not much development here, and road traffic is extremely inconvenient. Most people can only leave or enter here by boat.

·The northern part of the map includes some islands in the southern part of the Zhoushan archipelago project.
·There are mainly five islands for construction and use. Because there is no land transportation, it is quite difficult to build them here.
·There are only expressways in the western part of the map and in the northeast.
·Because there is no road in the starting area, I just added a two-way two-lane road to connect the starting area.
·There are more coastal plains, and it is also good to build an island city.
(the same as in the second issue, I strongly recommend that you use the whole area to unlock MOD).

Tips
·There are 2 two-way 6 lanes and 3 two-way two lane roads leading to the outside (though they are far away from the starting point).
·The main way of commuting is by sea.
·Land traffic is very poor, careful planning!!!
·Most islands are distributed with mineral deposits.
·The big island in the center of the map has an oil field.
·Developing tourism may be a good choice.
