Hello everyone i came across a discussion during the launch of the gold edition and decided to make a guide for everyone who wants to permanetly skip that forced intro loading . There is an edit to the thumbs.dat file so that it will skip the intro screen everytime you start up the game. I'm posted the link here on gdrive case anyone else is interested.

Copy the file to "Steam\SteamApps\common\HITMAN2\Retail" and replace the original thumbs.dat file.
Now when you start up Hitman 2, it will boot straight to the menu everytime you load :) Enjoy
