First you have to become the job. Press the F4 menu and under the "Jobs" tab select Oil Prospector.

Step 1: Buy an oil driller: To buy an oil driller you will need to go back into the F4 menu and select the entities tab.

Step 2: Plant the Oil Driller: In order to use the oil driller you will need to plant it. Right of the "Not Planted" you see a box. For me it's an error but press E to plant it.

Step 3: Buying and Attaching Oil Containers: Buy 2 oil containers from the entities tab. Once you have them use your gravity gun to touch them to the Oil Driller. This will attach the Oil Containers to the Oil Driller. You can have a max 2 Oil Containers attached to 1 Oil Driller.

Step 4: Battery and Coolant: From the Entities tab buy 1 Oil Driller Battery and 1 Oil Driller Coolant. Insert them into the Oil Driller the same way you attached the Oil Containers. You need Battery to power the Oil Driller. The coolant will prevent your Oil Driller from going BOOM.

Step 5: Turn On: To turn on the Oil Driller you simply press E and click "Turn On".

Step 6: Refine: Refining turn the raw Oil into processed oil that can be sold for money. To do so you will need oil from the oil containers. First, buy an Oil Refinery from the entities tab. Then, press E on one of the Oil Containers, this will release it from the Oil Driller. Bring it over and simply touch the Oil Container to the Oil Refinery. This will transfer the oil over to the Refinery. Once empty, return the Container back to the Driller by touching it to it. Once your Oil is in the Refinery Press E on it. This part takes a bit.

Step 7: Selling the Fuel: After some time of refining you will get a Fuel Bucket. Press E on the fuel bucket. This will pick it up making it disappear. Run over to your nearest Fuel Buyer and press E on him to sell it.
