I don't think you will mind, but I've create a custom race in Stellaris and have uploaded it to the Steam Workshop called Tholian Assembly.

In the Steam Workshop description for it, I list you as inspiring the creation of the mod, and share links to your aaronfranke's Star Trek empires (Achievement compatible) mod collection.

I don't think it should be a problem, but wanted to give you the courtesy of being notified beforehand. Thanks for listening and for creating the Star Trek empires mod collection!
Xindi were afraid of Humans but they co-exist as 5 species on one planet, they're likely Xenophile because of the exposure effect, but I doubt they could easily be modeled in Stellaris without heavy modding.
Denobulans would be Fanatic Xenophile but they are not at all fleshed out in Star Trek. The only ones we ever see are Dr. Phlox and his wives. We have no clue how their government or other traits or anything else is. Similarly, Ocampa and Talaxians only have one member we ever see (and Ocampans are extinct AFAWK).
Trills could be Xenophile, they're somewhat fleshed out, but still only one common character (Dax).
