Description
Adds President Enomoto Takeaki as a leader for Japan, a japanese samurai and admiral of the Tokugawa navy. He fought the Meiji government before later serving it as one of the founders of the imperial navy.

  • While in an active Alliance your harbors yield Science equal to their adjacency bonus.
  • Receive a random Civic boost when you recruit a Great Admiral and a random Tech boost when another Civilization recruits one.

Kotetsu
  • Likes Civilizations of the same Government type with high Science and Industry. Dislikes Civilizations of a different Government type with high Science and Industry.

When I recruited an admiral I got a eureeka instead of a civic boost. Maybe something is wrong with the code?

I'm glad you like my interpretation. I really enjoyed your Enomoto mod for Civ V and it's what inspired me to do this one.

Very nice! I made the Enomoto's Ezo mod for Civ V. I like how you drew inspiration from his time in Europe studying Western technology. If you ever decide to make a full Ezo civilization for CIv VI then I'd be excited to see it.

Well yes, my method of creating leaderscreens involves compositing different parts of several leaders. His head was originally Peter's. It's morphed a bit, so it's not exact. But some of the facial shape is still there, and the hair is just a shorter version.
