Solve all puzzles and use all puzzle-related items. Please refer to the walkthrough below.

• In the treatment room, pick up the key from the bed and open the white door to the corridor.
  
• In the corridor, open the white door on the other side to reach the storage room.
  
• In the storage room, switch on the ceiling light:

• In the storage room, find a blood bag in the bottom row of the shelf.
  
• Place the blood bag in the second row of the blood bag stand on the left.
  
• Turn around and open the left cabinet: 5649¹.
  
• Take the blood sample and place it in the blood analyzer in the treatment room, slot D.
  
  
• Back in the storage room, use the key (in the left cabinet) to open the cupboard on the right.
  
• Take the fuse and put it into the fusebox: up - down - down - up - down - up - up - down².
  
• Open the keypad door at the end of the corridor to reach the morgue: 7413³.

• In the morgue, open the locked central corpse compartment: 9362⁴.
  
• Pick up the scissors and place them on the instrument table next to the entrance.
  
• Find four more scissors in the compartments to open the drawer of the instrument table.
  
• Take the microscope slide and place it on the microscope to project a code onto the wall.
  
• Open the cabinet under the screen: 1981 to find a flashlight missing two batteries.
  
• Put the first battery (right next to the flashlight) into the flashlight.
  
  
• Head back to the storage room and find the second battery in the cupboard.
  
• Take the flashlight if you want.
  
• Open the cabinet under the mirror: NHSW⁶.
  
• Take the key, head back to the corridor, and unlock the door to the animal room on the right.

• In the animal room, locate the cages and open the sliders next to the red signals.
  
• Search the room for two pieces of meat and three bananas. You can use the flashlight.
  
• Place the pieces of meat and the bananas in the sliders, then close them.
  
• A cabinet door under the table will open - opposite the puzzle with the arrow inputs.
  
• Take the monkey totem and place it next to the other two animal totems near the door.
  
• Open the cabinet with the Arabic letters: 3922⁷.
  
  
• Take the bear totem and solve the totem puzzle: Bear - Monkey - Lion - Bull⁸.
  
• Open the cabinet with the arrow inputs: ← ↑ ↑ →⁹.
  
• Take the red ball and put it in each of the three pipe systems near the door.
  
• Open the cabinet hanging on the wall: 135¹⁰.
  
• Take both blood samples and put them in the blood analyzer in the treatment room (B/C).

• In the treatment room, open the right locker between the wooden office door and the bed.
  
• Take the last blood sample and place it in slot A of the blood analyzer.
  
• Open the cabinet under the blood analyzer: 8390¹¹.
  
• Unlock the cabinet to the left of the black chair: 8998¹².
  
  
• Open the locker next to the wooden office door: 4295¹³.
  
• Take the screwdriver and unscrew the power protection of the X-ray display.
  
• Interact with the switch, then unlock the cabinet with the upside-down skull: 4958¹⁴.
  
• Take the heart and place it on the scales, then open the cabinet underneath: 1082¹⁵.
  
• Unlock the wooden office door: 6915¹⁶.

• In the office, open the cabinet with the animal figures and pictures: 1793¹⁷.
  
• Open the 'Important' cabinet next to the animal figures and pictures: 7290¹⁸.
  
• Interact with the laptop on the desk: RUIN¹⁹.
  
• Open the cabinet with the shark tooth symbol: 3527²⁰.
  
• Take the key and leave the room through the exit door.

It's possible to complete the game within ten seconds. You can use this method to unlock the achievements 'Complete at last', 'Keeping the doctor away', and 'No need for doctors'.

• Open the wooden door to the office: 6915¹⁶.
  
• Locate and open the cabinet with the shark tooth symbol: 3527²⁰.
  
• Take the key and leave the room through the exit door.
