Beskrivning
This mod removes the Essential tag from nearly every character in the game. (Ulfric, Tullius, Rikke, and Galmar from the end of the Civil War are unchanged, but they can be killed BEFORE the end of the Civil War).

This allows you to kill pretty much ANYONE.

A Warning:

Killing some people can completely break your game.Main Questline characters cannot be killed, however. If you accidently kill someone important, you can either use the command "resurrect" or reload a save if that doesn't work. You have been warned.

No DLCs Required.

There should be a Dragonborn version before too long.

what if you finish a questline. can you kill them then?. for example i finnished the stromcloak questline and i could kill ulfric but not jorleif.

There are some NPCs in the game that have an extra bit of scripting making them essential, more so than most other NPCs. These include characters important to major questlines, like Balgruff. Mercer Frey is likely one of them due to his importance in the Thieves Guild questline. I'll look into a fix.
