Reduced Small Grain Silo - Mostly Decorative

A mostly decorative small grain silo based on the Industries vanilla silo.

Truck usage is reduced to zero but there will be an occasional visit by one, but the capacity has been lowered to keep it within reason.
Garbage and sewage is reduced as well as electrical & water use.
The number of workers was brought down to 4, but due to that, the fire potential has been increased. This will lower the ridiculous amount of traffic the vanilla silo generates, and it doesn't provide for the capacity needed in a warehouse district for import/export movements.

This was mainly done to be decorative on small farms where you don't want to see lines of traffic going to one small building.
