Commander: Scattershot
















Passive:
- Shields have +100% HitPoints, -50% WarmUpTime and deflect Projectiles.
- Shields deflect Cannon Shells.
- Two-Shot Snipers:
Sniper, Sniper-AP, Sniper-EMP, Sniper-Smoke, Sniper Mortar
- Weapons have +35% Projectile Spread.
- Unlocks: Sniper Mortar, Dead-Eye, Void-Launcher

Active (Duration: 20 Seconds):
- Weapons have less Projectile Spread and can't overheat.
- Sniper-Weapons shoot +1 Projectile:
Sniper, Sniper-AP, Sniper-EMP, Sniper-Smoke, Sniper Mortar, Dead-Eye
- Synergy-Weapons:
Machine Gun, Minigun, Flamegun, Pigeon-Shooter, Gatlinggun, Grenadegun, Shotgun, HE-Flak,

Passive:
- Rockets/Warheads burst into Missiles when shot down:

Hellfire-Warhead, Warhead-Cannon, Howitzer, Void-Launcher
- EMP-Weapons send Missiles back:
Sniper-EMP, EMP Rocket
- Shotguns shoot Swarm Missiles.
- Missile-Silos have Storage:
Swarm Missiles, Warhead, Phantom Missile

Active (Duration: 20 Seconds):
- Missiles/Rockets are 25% faster:
Swarm Missiles, Warhead, Phantom-Missile, Shotgun, EMP Rocket, Rocket, Magnet Rocket,
Hellfire-Warhead, Warhead-Cannon, Void-Launcher
- Nebelwerfer throw Swarm Missiles.

Pros:
- EMP-Weapons can deny Missile-Play for your enemy.
- Great offensive capabilities with Missiles and Rockets.
Commander: Shockenaugh
Passive:
- Shields have 25% less EnergyRunCost.
- Shields absorb Energy from Lasers.
- Max. group size increased to 4.
- Snipers can be grouped together.
- Penguins gain a 1.5 second EMP effect.
- Unlocks: Penguincannon, Void-Launcher -> Void-Laser








Active (Duration: 20 Seconds):
- Shields generate twice the amount of Energy they would consume.
- Places two Penguin-Barrels inside your enemies Fort.
- Barrel-Properties: spawns 5 Penguins upon destruction, -10 EnergyRunCost,
consumes 500 Energy and 20 Metal when scrapped.
- Synergy-Weapons: Warhead, Phantom-Missile, Firebeam, Void-Launcher

Pros:
- Great defensive capabilities with Shields.
- Gain an overall resource advantage.
Commander: Buster
Passive:
- Missiles are immune to EMP.
- Foundations have no Cost.
- Howitzer shoots a Nuclear-Round.
- Unlocks: Howitzer, Plasmagun, Magnabeam





Active (Duration: 12 Seconds):
- Plasmagun unloads its full magazine.
- Some Weapons gain Uranium-Ammunition. They have a short EMP-Effect and
can´t be reflected by slanted Armour.
- Synergy-Weapons: Machinegun/2.0, Minigun, Sniper, AP-Sniper, Musket,
Pigeonshooter, Gatlinggun, Grenadegun, Flak, Shotgun, HE-Flak, 20mm Cannon,
20mm Artillery, Cannon, Railgun

Pros:
- Let´s you expand your Fort very fast.
- Great defensive capabilities against Missiles.
- Great offensive capabilities against a Shield/Portal based defense.
- Great offensive capabilities with Synergy-Weapons.
Commander: Moonshine
Passive:
- You start with 150 additional Metal and MetalStorage.
- Howitzer and Bunker-Buster split into AP-Sniper
Rounds when destroyed by AntiAir.
- Unlocks: Howitzer, Magnabeam, Ray-Cannon




Active (Duration: 2.0 Seconds):
- Reactors and Repair Stations gain a MetalProductionRate of 30.
- Bracing, Armour, Airy Armour, Wooden Doors, Armoured Doors, Solar Panels, Shields and Cables deflect every Projectile.

Pros:
- Let´s you rush slightly faster with the additional Metal/Storage at the start.
- Gain an advantage in MetalProduction.
- Overall great defensive capabilities.

Cons:
- Active Ability requires precise timing. Only recommended for Veterans.
Commander: Phantom
Passive:
- Weapons are 60% cheaper to build,
cost 40% less to repair, have 40% less EnergyFireCost and 80% less MetalFireCost.
- Weapons get destroyed after a certain amount
of shots and are cloaked until they shoot.
- Weapons provide 100 EnergyStorage.
- Tech-Devices provide 50 MetalStorage.
- Howitzer shoots a Phantom-Missile.
- Unlocks: Howitzer, Magnabeam

Active (Duration: 20 Seconds):
- Uproot and move Weapons and Devices.
- Silent Weapons.

Pros:
- Make fast rushes.
- Let´s you switch strategies very fast.

Cons:
- Very difficult to play with. Only recommended for Veterans.
Commander: Architect
Passive:
- Wood is 20% cheaper and has 30% less BuildTime.
- Materials have 20% less Mass.
- Devices have 30% more storage capacity.
- Synergy-Devices: Abtigravity Reactor II,
Super Mine, Derrick, Metal Store, Diamond Store, Battery, Dynamo Battery
- Removes Incendiary Effect from all Weapons.
- Some Weapons gain Toxic Rounds.
- Synergy-Weapons: Flamegun, Incendiary-Mortar, Swarm Missiles, Phantom-Missie, Impact Rocket, Foglauncher, Nebelwerfer, Swarmlauncher,
Hellfire-Shotgun, Hellfire-Cannon
- Unlocks: Ninja, Plane-Silo

Active (Duration: 30 Seconds):
- Devices, Weapons and Structures have 60% less BuildTime.

Pros:
- Great offensive capabilities with Synergy-Weapons.
- Build larger and more stable Forts.
- Needs less storage facilities.
- Can rebuild very fast.
Commander: Overdrive
Passive:
- Portals have -25% Energy Drain and
-50% BuildTime/WarmUpTime
- Synergy-Weapons create a Stasis-Sphere
on impact and deal 15 - 20% less Damage.
The Sphere has a radius of 175-250 Units and
lasts two seconds.
- Synergy-Weapons: Warhead, Rocket,
Cannon, Warhead-Cannon, Warheadlauncher,
Bunker-Buster
- Unlocks: Ninja, Gemini-Laser,
Plane-Silo, Plasma-Launcher




Active (Duration: 15 Seconds):
- Devices and Weapons won´t deal Damage or ignite their surroundings upon destruction.
- Devices and Weapons heal their surroundings upon destruction, within a Radius of 250/300/400 Units and an amount of 75/150/300 HitPoints over two seconds.
- Reactors generate +100% Energy.

Pros:
- Overall good defensive capabilities.
- Great offensive capabilities with Synergy-Weapons.

Cons:
- Active needs to be build around.
- Only recommended for advanced Players.
Commander: Hurricane
Passive:
- Devices and Weapons have 10% less BuildTime and 75% less ScrapTime.
- Repair 50% more HitPoints per second.
- Swarm-Missiles are now Impact-Missiles.
- Synergy-Weapons: Swarm Missiles, Phantom-Missile, Swarmlauncher
- Some Weapons have 25% less RoundPeriod.
- Synergy-Weapons: Ninja, Musket, Buzzsaw, Grenadegun, Flak, HE-Flak, Nebelwerfer,
20mm Cannon, 20mm Artillery
- Unlocks: Ninja, Tempest-Cannon, Plane-Silo

Active (Duration: 15 Seconds):
- Weapons have 40% less ReloadTime.

Pros:
- Overall good defensive capabilities.
- Has more firepower with the same amount of Weapons.
Commander: Firebird
Passive:
- Fire needs 50% less time to be extinguished and spreads slower.
- Incendiary-Weapons have a better Incendiary-Effect.
- Synergy-Weapons: Incendiary-Mortar, Nebelwerfer, Hellfire-Shotgun, Hellfire-Cannon, Firebeam
- Flamegun and Foglauncher ignore their Resistances.
- Unlocks: Mortar Sniper, Magma-Laser, Flak-88mm

Active (Duration: 20 Seconds):
- All Weapons have now an Incendiary-Effect.
- Flaming Projectiles have +200% ExpireTime.
- Flamegun and Fogthrower gain Bonus-Damage.
Pros:
- Great offensive capabilities against a wood based defense.
- Great offensive capabilities with Synergy-Weapons.
Commander: Warthog
Passive:
- Better aiming with some Heavy-Weapons.
- Synergy-Weapons: 20mm Cannon, Hellfire-Shotgun, Hellfire-Cannon, Cannon, Warhead-Cannon, Flak-88mm, Plasma Laser, Mega-Laser
- Phantom-Missile is now a Nuclear-Missile.
- Unlocks: Mortar Sniper, Flak-88mm, Bazooka









Active (Duration: 15 Seconds):
- Some Heavy-Weapons gain 30% Damage, 15% SplashDamage and 15% SplashDamageRadius.
- Warheads and Bazookas are 15% faster.
- Synergy-Weapons: Heavy-Mortar, Warhead, Phantom-Missile, Warhead-Launcher, Hellfire-Cannon, Cannon, Warhead-Cannon, Flak-88mm, Bazooka, Bunker-Buster, Atom-Cannon

Pros:
- Can steamroll opponents.
- Great offensive capabilities with Synergy-Weapons.

Cons:
- Weak Passive Ability.
- Without Synergy-Weapons his Active Ability has no value.
Commander: Eagle Eye
Passive:
- Better aiming for all Weapons.
- Sniper, Sniper-AP, Sniper-EMP, Sniper-Rifle and Railgun have laser sights.
- Unlocks: Mortar Sniper, Flak-88mm,
Imperial-Shotgun

Active (Duration: 12 Seconds):
- Some Weapons have explosive rounds or create explosive shrapnels.
- Synergy-Weapons: Machinegun/2.0, Minigun, Sniper, Sniper-AP, Mortar Sniper, Musket,
Pigeon-Shooter, Gatlinggun, Grenadegun, Flak, Shotgun, Foglauncher, Nebelwerfer,
20mm Cannon, 20mm Artillery, Flak-88mm, Imperial-Shotgun, Railgun
- Synergy-Weapons have 70% less BuildTime.

Pros:
- Great offensive capabilities with Synergy-Weapons.
- Can rebuild Synergy-Weapons very fast.

Cons:
- Firebeam can counter his offensive capabilities during Active Ability.
Commander: Pinchfist
Passive:
- Reclaim resources at 100%.
- Weapons shoot with money.
- Devices drain 25% less Energy.
- Synergy-Devices: Antigravityreactor,
Antigravityreactor II, Mine, Super Mine, Derrick
- Impact-Rockets are now a Magnet-Rocket.
- Unlocks: Lucky-Cat, EMP-Tower, Scrap-Cannon








Active (Duration: 20 Seconds):
- Weapons produce 50% of their MetalFireCost when fired.
- Synergy-Weapons convert 0.5% of their EnergyFireCost into Metal.
- You can upgrade Devices without an Upgrade Centre.
- Synergy-Weapons: EMP-Tower, Shield Battery, Firebeam, Plasma Laser, Mega-Laser
- Synergy-Devices: Antigravityreactor, Mine, Wind Turbine, Battery, Metal Store
- Devices and Weapons explode into Money upon destruction.

Pros:
- Make fast rushes with the passive 100% Reclaim.
- Everything can be used as an alternate storage with the passive 100% Reclaim.
- Gain an overall resource advantage.
Commander: Spook
Passive:
- Hide damage to your Fort from your opponents.
- See Resources and last built Device/Weapon from your opponent.
- All Projectiles look like little ghosts.
- Synergy-Weapons: Swarm Missiles+Warhead, Swarm-Launcher+Warhead-Launcher, Atom-Cannon
- Some Weapons have more PenetrationDamage.
- Synergy-Weapons: Sniper-AP, Phantom-Missile, Hellfire-Shotgun
- Impact-Rockets are now a Magnet-Rocket.
- Unlocks: EMP-Tower, Scrap-Cannon, Ghost



Active (Duration: 20 Seconds):
- Reveal enemy Forts.
- Steal 125 Metal and 1500 Energy from each opponent and divide it with your team mates.

Pros:
- Great offensive capabilities with Synergy-Weapons.
- Gain an informational advantage.
- Gain an overall resource advantage.
Commander: Armourdillo
Passive:
- Armour, Shields and Solar Panles are 20% cheaper.
- Doors open and close 4 times as fast.
- Every RepairFieldRadius is 50% larger.
- Repair Stations produce 1 Metal.
- Impact-Rockets are now a Magnet-Rocket.
- Unlocks: Iron-Bear Shotgun, Bofors, EMP-Tower, Scrap-Cannon

Active (Duration: 20 Seconds):
- Starts repairing your entire Fort on activation.
- Reveal enemies hidden Structure.
- Everything needs 50% less time to be repaired.
- Everything costs 50% less to be repaired.

Pros:
- Great offensive/defensive capabilities with his faster Doors.
- Reveal possible enemy weak spots in their Fort.
- Overall great defensive capabilities.
- Gain an overall resource advantage.

Thanks for pointing out some grammar errors.

Scatterhots Active and Passive is just differently phrased and his Shields consume more Energy (should be 25%), that´s why he has that Con.

Seeps Shotgun does exactly what it says, otherwise it would say:
"Shoots down incoming Projectiles." or something like that.

Pinchfist was just a thinking error. In coding 1 would be usually 100%, so it´s actually 0.5%.

Read Phantom again.

Hidden Structures: Armour, Shields, Doors, etc. ...
Visible Structures: Solar Panel, Cable, Portal, etc. ...

Pinchfist: "Synergy-Weapons convert 0.005% of their EnergyFireCost into Metal." Hold up, if you fired a Mega-Laser, with its 15000 energy cost, then since 15000*0.005%=0.75, you would be getting less than one metal from firing a super laser, either a typo or ability is screwy.
